Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

  • Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please call customer care on +822 3443 3937 for assistance.

Can I expedite my order?

  • While we offer only ground services online, on a case by case basis we may be able to expedite your order. If you have any questions about whether your item is available to ship using express services, please contact egods@hanmail.net or +82 2 395 3937 for more information.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

  • You can shop at NET-A-PORTER without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits
    • Track your orders and review past purchases
    • Request a return or exchange directly from your account
    • Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List
    • Preview our new collections and register your interest for your favorite pieces through our seasonal Lookbook
    • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

Do you have (insert item) in stock?

  • Generally, if an item is not currently available on our website, it is not available to purchase online or in the store. Please check back with us frequently. We add new products and update our stock levels on a regular basis.

How do I return or exchange an item?

  • Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 28 days to decide whether to keep your items and we will collect from your home, work or alternative address for free. Simply request a returns merchandise authorization number (RMA) from your PARTsPARTs account and then book a collection to send your item(s) back to us.

How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

  • Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed, please click on the link at the top of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations. The total on the order summary page will then show you a breakdown of the costs. Most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price. Whereas when a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.   • To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

  • PARTsPARTs ships to 170 countries worldwide, view our Delivery & Returns.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

  • Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order, or as PARTsPARTs store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded for items using our free collection service, unless your items are faulty. All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • 통상적인 상품은 평일 기준으로 2~5일 소요되며 배송기간은 상품의 제작공정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

지난 상품을 구입할 수 있는 방법이 없을까요?

  • 구입하고자 하시는 상품이 지난해 상품일 경우에는 쇼룸 매니저에게 문의하시기 바랍니다. 재고가 있으면 구입이 가능하며, 지난 상품을 찾으실 경우에는 품번을 알고 계시거나 컬렉션에 나온 사진과 함께 문의하시는 것이 좋습니다.
